Publishing in Management, Technology and Innovation

The seminar aims at improving the competences of doctoral students in the area of management, technology and innovation to publish their work in leading academic journals. The seminar will be conducted as a cooperation between the University of St. Gallen, EPF Lausanne and ETH Zurich in order to improve research excellence in the field of management. This academic year the seminar will take place at HSG in St. Gallen from May 29.30, 2024.
The seminar addresses following questions:
¿How to set up research for academic journals in the management or economics fields?
¿How to structure an academic paper for publication in selected journals?
¿How to address editorial boards?
¿How to cope with editorial recommendations?
¿How to set up a publication strategy?
Target journals to be analyzed are leading journals in the area of strategy, management, technology and innovation. In addition to the journal analysis we will discuss selected papers in management and innovation research.
Registration is to be done through IS-Academia.
